Return/Refund Policy
Used candles MAY NOT be returned or refunded.
We DO NOT return or refund products due to "not liking the scent" or improperly following the candle care instructions. Please review the candle care page before lighting your candle.
We will replace or refund any items damaged during transit. If an item is damaged during transit, please email detailed photos of the item and the box it arrived in to contact@dinancreativeco.com and we will be happy to assist with the next steps. Photos MUST BE emailed within 5 days of receiving the item to be eligible.

Shipping
We are currently only shipping to addresses in the United States.
There is a flat rate between $4.99 - $8.99 added to all orders under $75. Orders of $75 or more receive FREE shipping.
We do offer local pickup if you are located in the Panama City/ Lynn Haven area. Please click the local pickup option and reach out to us to receive pickup instructions. Local pickup will be available 1-3 days after placing your order.
After your order is processed, shipping times should be between 3-7 days. All orders will be shipped with USPS or UPS.
